This past Monday we had dinner with our neighbors, the Toblers (only other LDS couple in our building). We ate our version of Chipotle's burrito bowls. We let the meat sit in the oven too long (we had no where else to put it!). But other than that it was delicious. The dinner included carnitas, cilantro-lime rice, tomatillo salsa, corn salsa, guacamole, and pico de gallo.
And let the packing begin! We have just three weeks left before we leave for NC.
This is our living/family/guest/office/recreation room. Won't take long to pack it up.
Here I am using my psychic abilities to pack our stuff.
If you're not doing anything on Friday morning June 21st, then come help us load up the moving truck!
